NEXIUM SUSPENSION is a prescription medication containing Esomeprazole, which is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It works to prevent erosions and reflux symptoms. It is a non-steroidal treatment and can be taken with or without food.
Do not take if you have ever had an allergic reaction to esomeprazole, esomeprazole magnesium, omeprazole, omeprazole magnesium, esomeprazole magnesium magnesium, omeprazole magnesium or any of the ingredients listed at the end of the CMI.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
If you are pregnant, your doctor may prescribe a tablet to take after a meal.
Your doctor may ask you to take NEXIUM SUSPENSION with or without food. Do not take NEXIUM SUSPENSION more than once every 24 hours or once daily.
Do not take NEXIUM SUSPENSION if you are taking digoxin (used to treat heart problems).
Do not take NEXIUM SUSPENSION if you are taking ketoconazole (Nizoral).

WASHINGTON (AP) — AstraZeneca, maker of the world’s top-selling prescription drug, is about to get its first major milestone on its sixth-quarter and first-quarter results. The firm’s U. S. and European sales reps, in an interview with The Wall Street Journal, reported that the deal could bring in U. sales of Nexium from $2 billion to $2 billion.
Nexium is expected to hit the U. market on Wednesday and is on track to reach $5 billion in sales by the end of the year. The company has been reviewing its Nexium and other drugs for clinical trials, and has announced it is seeking U. approval to market a generic version of the drug. In May, the U. Food and Drug Administration approved a drug to treat acid reflux disease in adults. The Food and Drug Administration said it has not received any warning of heartburn or acid-related symptoms on the drug or from other medicines being studied for the condition.
In recent months, AstraZeneca has raised $800 million in $2 billion for the firm. In a filing in U. patent litigation, AstraZeneca notes that the U. Food and Drug Administration will pay $2.8 billion to settle patent infringement lawsuits filed by drug companies over Nexium. The drugmaker’s patent expires in 2019 and the U.
